Nine questions
What does it cost?
We won't quote a project off the top of our head, because we'd be lying. We give the price after the audit, in writing, and final. Deployment and the monthly fee for running it are always two separate line items, so you know what you pay once and what you pay every month.
Why is the audit paid for, when others do it free?
Because a free audit isn't an audit, it's a sales meeting. We put one to three days of work into it and we write down what we don't recommend you do. That can't be written for free.
Do we have to throw out what we already use?
No, and usually we don't even recommend it. We connect to what you have. If a new system isn't worth it, we'll tell you.
Which accounting systems do you connect to?
The one you already have. In Slovakia that usually means Pohoda; elsewhere we work to your system's own import format. We go through your exact setup in the audit, before signing, so that we never promise something that won't fit at your end.
Does the code belong to us or to you?
To you. The repository, the documentation and the data. No lock-in and no cut of your revenue. The system it runs on, we operate.
Are you a company or one person?
The company is run by one person, who is also the one who answers you and who stands behind the result. On defined parts of a project I work with people whose work I check. For you that means one contact and one responsibility.
What happens if we stop working with you, or if something happens to you?
The code and the data are yours from day one. You have your own repository and your own cloud account, which we can transfer to you or to another supplier. Nothing is locked in one person's head and nothing is locked at our end.
What if the artificial intelligence gets it wrong?
That's why nothing that leaves the company or touches money goes out without a person confirming it. It isn't a setting that can be switched off.
Will you help us with a grant application?
We don't write the applications, that's a profession of its own. We can say which programmes fit your scope, point you to an adviser, and supply the technical specification that belongs with the application.
Didn't find your question?
Send it straight by email. The person who'll do the work answers, not a salesperson.
If the answer takes longer than that, it belongs in the audit. What the audit covers and why it's paid for is in the answers above.
