From January 2027, a VAT payer will send an invoice to a Slovak company as data via a certified delivery service, not as a PDF by email. We explain who this affects, what changes in practice, and what to get done before the end of the year.

A call with a client lasted 66 minutes, and Kovrin wrote down eleven tasks from it, each with who is next to act. We did not write the notes by hand; transcribing notes was no longer needed.

A client paid our invoice in two payments and mistyped the variable symbol in both. The money was in the account, but the invoice stayed marked unpaid in the system, until we taught Kovrin to recognise that kind of typo.
